1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older. We do not knowingly allow minors to register or access this platform.

3. Nature of the Platform

This platform is an adult advertising directory. We provide a venue for independent adult entertainers to advertise their services. We are not an escort agency, do not employ any advertiser, and are not responsible for the conduct of any person listed on this platform. All listings are placed by the individuals themselves.

4. Prohibited Content & Conduct

You agree not to:

Post content involving minors in any capacity
Create false, misleading, or fraudulent listings
Harass, threaten, or harm other users or advertisers
Scrape, harvest, or copy data from this platform for commercial use
Circumvent payment systems, subscription checks, or security measures
Post content that violates applicable local, national, or international law

5. Advertiser Responsibilities

Advertisers who create profiles on this platform are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings, compliance with local laws, and all services they offer. We do not verify claims made in profiles beyond identity verification. Verification badges confirm identity only, not the legality or nature of any services offered.

6. Payments & Subscriptions

Featured and Premium subscription plans are billed through Razorpay. All payments are non-refundable once processed unless required by applicable law. Plan benefits are available for the duration of the subscription period and do not auto-renew. Pricing is subject to change with notice.

7. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to remove any profile, media, or listing at our sole discretion, with or without notice, particularly for content that violates these terms, is reported by users, or appears illegal.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction where our business is registered.
